Guidance obtained from the Tax Administration and advance rulings obtained from the Tax Administration or the Central Tax Board can be used to ensure in advance how the company will be taxed. Preliminary discussions with tax authorities are a good way to gain certainty on the tax impacts of business activities. I prepare guidance requests or advance ruling applications and assist clients in preliminary discussions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I assist in disputes and criminal cases, as well as in the tax process, from obtaining a decision that can be appealed, to drafting a request for correction, and throughout court proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
