Services for Businesses
Tax Consulting
I offer expert assistance on all matters related to value-added tax (VAT), excise taxes such as energy tax, car tax, alcohol tax, and customs duties for businesses. It is never too early to ensure the tax implications of starting a new business, business acquisitions, expanding into a new sector or abroad, or other changes in company operations.
Assistance with Tax Audits
It is advisable to discuss tax audits with an expert even before the audit begins. I support clients from the initial discussion of the audit to the end of any potential appeal process.
Guidance, Advance Rulings, and Preliminary Discussions
Guidance obtained from the Tax Administration and advance rulings obtained from the Tax Administration or the Central Tax Board can be used to ensure in advance how the company will be taxed. Preliminary discussions with tax authorities are a good way to gain certainty on the tax impacts of business activities. I prepare guidance requests or advance ruling applications and assist clients in preliminary discussions.
Litigation and Disputes
I assist in disputes and criminal cases, as well as in the tax process, from obtaining a decision that can be appealed, to drafting a request for correction, and throughout court proceedings.
Training
I tailor training to meet the specific needs of the client, considering the unique requirements of the company. Private training allows for open discussions on company matters that may not be suitable to address in public training sessions.
Mentoring
I also serve as a mentor for companies, helping their staff resolve daily tax-related questions.
